537 Radish Relish

 

I looked out the kitchen window today and saw some red bits. Further investigation revealed that, sure enough, our radishes are ready for eating! I sliced them thin (didn't cut off my fingers on the mandoline slicer) and put them on ice for C, E, J, JA, etc to eat while waiting for the grillin' to be done.
