R was making a key lime pie (and a banoffee pie, but these were for the key lime) and had some left over egg whites in a blue glass cup. I stopped sticking my camera into the pan with the melting butter and sugar to be fascinated. The rest of the day's shenanigans - bbq, games and a massive water fight - weren't too shabby either.
